MEET THE TEAM
If we were to add up the number of years of experience among our team, it would only be outnumbered by the amount we care about our patients. With both team members who have been here from the founding dental practice in 1996, to new faces who share our passion from patient care excellence, we believe we have THE rock star dental team in Spokane Valley.
Our ever growing team of professional dental superstars work everyday to outdo themselves in the care they bring their patients. We tirelessly learn the latest techniques in dentistry and balance the new skills with the service and care we know works.
We approach dentistry with a “team” mindset to get to know our patients and leave everyone we meet with a renewed sense of ease when visiting the dentist’s office.
MEET DR. NIGHTINGALE
(call me Dr. Lisa!)
Dr. Lisa was born and raised in Ohio and grew up around dentistry as the daughter of a periodontist. She received her B.S. in Biology and her D.D.S from The Ohio State University where she met Jimmy and married after graduating in 2013. She then attended a hospital based GPR at UPMC/Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA with a focus on Emergency Dentistry and Removable prostheses.
Lisa spent the next 7 years pulling double duty as military spouse and mother, balancing her dental career while accompanying Jimmy to various duty stations. Now she and Jimmy are excited to build their dream of treating patients and raising a family together. She enjoys hiking, cooking, exercise, reading, serving in her church and connecting with friends and family and caring for her 3 young sons.
MEET DR. LEALE
(call me Dr. Jimmy!)
Dr. Jimmy grew up in Puyallup, WA and received his B.S. in Biology from Brigham Young University and his D.D.S. from The Ohio State University where he met his future wife, Lisa.
He then began his active duty service with the United States Army where he received additional training, completing a one year and two year AEGD. He also earned his Masters in Oral Biology and achieved board certification from the American Board of General Dentistry.
He served as Officer in Charge at his last duty station. While ever grateful for his time in the Army, he is excited to start this new journey of service to the families of Spokane Valley.
Dr. Jimmy enjoys golf, exercise, reading, serving in his church, and, recently, expanding his hunting and fishing skills. He makes fast friends with his easygoing personality and healthy sense of humor. He loves being a dad and is the favorite playmate of his 3 sons.
MEET OUR FRONT OFFICE TEAM
JANET
If you’ve visited our office anytime in the past 17 years, it’s very likely that Janet was the smile that greeted you upon arrival. Janet is the backbone of our team and is friendly to anyone she meets. Janet really cares about people and is passionate about doing a great job for her patients.
Janet is an animal lover who has had 2 labs (1 yellow & 1 chocolate), and 2 cats (Cali & Abby).
BONNIE
Bonnie worked as Dr. Belknap’s dental assistant for 20 years prior to working with Dr. Jimmy & Dr. Lisa. She is detail oriented and hard working. She goes the extra mile for our patients and if there is a challenge or something new to learn she throws herself into it 110%.
Bonnie wants our patients to know: “We all get along so well here in the office. We respect each other and it’s like family.”

LORI
Lori has been with Nightingale Family Dental since before it was NFD.
She is passionate about patient care and takes every opportunity to sing the praises and benefits of Sonicare products.
Lori wants her patients to know: “We have a fantastic team and we want to give you a great dental experience!”
MARGGO
Marggo has been with the practice since 2010 and is a long time patient favorite. Marggo has a big heart, and is caring, friendly, down to earth. You can expect to see Marggo’s fun, positive personality during your visit.
Marggo wants her patients to know: “You are in great hands, our staff is awesome!”

MANDY
Mandy has a keen attention to detail and makes everything go smoothly. Her extremely calming presence and gift for knowing how to handle any situation makes her an amazing asset to our team!
Mandy wants our patients to know: “We look forward to giving you a great experience!”.
KENDALL
Kendall is an easy going team player and a quick learner which makes her such an asset to our team. Fun fact: she’s also a volunteer EMT/firefighter. We are so lucky to have Kendall as a dental assistant!
Kendall wants our patients to know: “My coffee order? Joking! I want them to know that we are going to make you comfy and relaxed as possible!”
